Depending on the look you want and the $$ you are given for repairs, I think you could come out ahead if you are willing to do the work yourself.
The Hilux surf lift gates are only on the Jap. versions of our rigs and can be hard/pricey to get but look GREAT. Look at the rig of the month (Blcktpgsr). Look at his build thread HERE for the beginning of the surf lift gate and spare tire carrier.
There are tons of options out there for a rear bumper...do a search and you will find several choices for your tastes.
It all depends on if you want to go off-road or not. You could just buy parts from a junk yard to fix it cheap, then spend the rest on lift/tires etc.
The options are endless.:biggrin2:

Lol, sorry about your truck but I was just saying today how I'd like to be lightly rear ended by someone with good insurance. How would you post that on Craigslist?? You will have many options for repair and should come out smelling like a rose, keep us posted.

Dude my hatch is messed up to and I'm currently saving money for a new hatch gonna purchase one around June 2012 (My senior graduation) I might as well by a the Surf hatch where can I get one of those?

Unless you get REAL lucky and find one on craigslist (unlikely) you will have to have it imported. Think $1200-1500 for this, plus install and paint.
I want to do this, but can't justify the cost for it...unless I get rear-ended... and let me tell you it is hard trying to get hit in the rear and make it the other guys fault :lookout: (Oh the jokes you can make with this statement:frisky
