Rear lower control arm bolt backed out

Today while rotating my tires and diagnosing a drive line vibration found the bolt for the rear lower control arm backed out where the link bolts to the frame, the nut was still on but just by a few threads. They are the stock links but i put polly bushings in it, which when the bolt is tight gives you alot more travel then the oe rubber bushing that only go so far before design of that style off bushing reaches its flex limit. My question is with the polly bushing pivoting over a metal sleeve can that possibly slowly turn the bolt loose? I checked all the bolts on the 4 link and all were still tight except this one. Front unpper and lower control arms have polly bushing but haven't had issues with them.
I might take the 4 link out and take apart all the bushingvand grease them with that nasty grease the came with.

Anyone else ran into this before?

Did you torque the nut to the correct foot pound setting while holding the bolt end as per the instructions? Did you recheck the torque after a few hundred miles of installing the components? Those are usually the two biggest causes for stuff like that.

It's something like 97ft.lbs if I recall correctly.

I remember I had them at 100ft/lb and the uppers at 60. Cheked everything after a few tanks of fuel and all was good. This was all done last July so i have no idea when this started, i wanna say its pretty recentl as i don't recall seeing this last time inspected everything during routine PM a couple thousand miles ago. Guess i need to keep a closer eye on this and hope it doesn't become an reoccurring issue, if so some new bolts and double nutting is going to happen.
