Rear Main Seal Repair

I was wondering if anyone had any tips to make sure I don't ruin my car lol
Like any write-ups or pictures I can use to make this as smooth as possible.
I bought the gasket from toyotapartsales.com so I should have it by this Friday or next week. I also want to know what type of FIPG do I need to use on the seal?
I couldn't find any real write ups on this but maybe I didn't look hard enough. I figure I could make a write up of my own if there is nothing out there.

My only bit of advice is use the Toyota gasket sealer it's expensive but it is the best. I use there stuff on everything I work on, they have special stuff for transmissions also and I haven't had any of them even weep a bit since I started using it. (Yes, drop your tranny pan clean out the metal shavings and change the filter there replaceable for a reason).
