Rear seat fold down latch?

Does anyone know the part number for the rear seat fold down latch? In the picture its the part in the left top of the seat missing. When I bought my 4runner both sides were missing. Can I order this part or do I need to get new seats? The rod is there, but I just need the latch I think.

It looks like the mechanism that you are looking for is composed of a couple of different parts. Village Toyota Parts has what you are looking for and here is the link (their prices are pretty damned good for OEM parts):

I'm not sure if the numbers listed on the schematic are the actual Toyota part #'s (sometimes online retailers change the numbers to their own internal numbers so that customers do not have the actual OEM part# to shop elsewhere), but I have dealt with Village Toyota Parts several times and they are way cheaper than your local Toyota dealerships!
