Rear strut replacement question

When i take off the wheel, do i just remove the top nut and the one on the side (behind the wheelhub) ?

Is it this easy? Do i need to do anything with the sway bar?

You need to do nothing with the swaybar to change the rear shock! (It's not a strut)
You may need to use a floor jack to lift and lower the frame (letting the wheel droop) when changing the shock....
