Rear Suspension Suggestions

Hey guys,

First off, I have searched- and read- quite a bit. Still am not 100% sure on what the best setup for me is.

Currently, I have the ToyTec 3" front spacers, and 1.5" rear spacers on '99 tall coils.

My rig has 240k miles on it, and everything is worn out.

I did poly steering rack and sway bar bushings last Thursday, and now have the bug to get EVERYTHING back up to par. Just doing those bushings up front made a huge difference.

The rear still sits low, and is too soft. I was going to get OME coils, but then I found the ToyTec superflex coils.

Are these coils a good "all-around" spring? They recommend Billy 5100 shocks- are these also the best option to pair with the Superflex springs? I don't currently have a custom rear bumper, but I may down the road.



My father in-law gave me the OEM struts off his 2004 Tundra(40k miles on them)- are they valved stiffer than the 4Runner struts?



I'm also planning on the SPC front UCA. Are these the best UCA for the money too?

I wouldn't mind suggestions to the best price on the Superflex springs, and maybe someone is running a "tax time" sale or something?

Superflex coils will net a lot of lift (3.5-4.5" over stock, or more if you don't carry any weight).

If you like your current height, the OME 890 is an excellent coil to use. Its right at 3" over stock.

I don't like the current height.
It's a good inch lower in the rear with no load at all- just put my wife, dog, and a couple guns in the back and it's draggin ass, and feelin way too soft.
I THINK 3.5-4" over stock would be perfect.

Anyone know if ToyTec has done anything to fix the coil slapping issue? Some say they have plastic isolators, while others say they don't. Are the plastic isolator a a revision?
