Rear Wipers for $1.27

I had no success finding a rear wiper blade at the auto parts store recently and they are $20+ at the dealership.

Got an email from and online retailer (think "Stone Car") yesterday and they are on closeout for $1.27.

Have at it.

Got a similar email from rockauto, along with a host of other replacement parts, for those interested.

Do you have a link by chance? A quick google for Stone Car didn't yield any positive results for me.
 
OP was hinting towards RockAuto. Don't think too hard about "Stone Car"

I was just thinking about grabbing a replacement this weekend for my streaky rear blade. Snow and ice beat up the rubber blades pretty quickly. I ordered 4 to stash (RockAuto code works too!).

You guys have luck with the aftermarket rear wipers? I tried 3 different ones and they all sucked. Spent the $20 on OEM rear and works great.

What brand of rear ones work well

I've been using BOSCH bracket-less, for 3 years now...:thumb:...even on former Volvo wagon, better than OEM at half the $$.
By far the best wiper, to ever hit the Northern market, to deal with snow conditions & dirty frozen slush spray (coming off other vehicles).
- my wife's 2008 RAV4 has a slight curve to windshield
- passenger OEM wiper tip, would come off the glass
- installed BOSCH ICONS, problem solved & Zero streaking

^^ On front glass - they do work, as good as claimed / but haven't replaced the rear glass wiper yet.

I have BOSCH EVOLUTION on my 2000 4Runner, still good after a full year / cheaper than ICONS.

Thanks for posting this :thumb:, I've been having a hard time finding the 12" blade at most all places I usually buy my blades!

I also love the Bosch Icon, tried all the others and they sucked on my work van, most of the others worked Ok on my Suburban and 4 Runner, but the van only like the Icons, nothing I hate worst is to spend close to $20 on a blade and it streaks after only 1 week!!

My rear wiper is not contacting the window correctly only touches the window on the upper tip of the blade, has anyone else had this issue, the arm seems to have proper spring pressure, and doesn't look bent, I don't want to spend $30 for a new arm if that isn't the issue, does anyone know of a better price for a replacement arm if that's the issue?

Agreed, I've been using Icons for years on my cars and recommend them to anyone who asks. I've managed about 2 years per set -- as long as you're not wiping over ice on the windshield too much...
