I'd start by posting in the classics forum. But generally speaking, I think it'd be a lot more cost effective to drop a good used motor in it than to rebuild yours.

You posted in the 3rd gen section, are you talking about sourcing a 3.4 to swap into your '92? Because most of these guys don't know a 3.0 from a swift kick in the nuts (hint, there's not much difference).
And if you're up for a motor swap, which is not at all easy, why aren't you up to rebuild the 3.4 yourself?
i posted in wrong place, but I would love to rebuild it, I just never done it before, I would do all that I can, I just want better than stock parts, It's gotta be able to keep up with my lead foot w/o to much breaking, lol

If that's the case, lose the 3.0, my friend.
I'd swap in a newer 4cyl or the 3.4. Both will be much better and more reliable under a heavy foot.
But, if you're set on a new motor, I got my long block performance 22re from These folks.
Cannot vouch for there other motors, however.
