Does anyone know of a relatively inexpensive <$175 GPS navigation? I know TomTom is good. I want one that's easy to use with a nice screen. Any recommendations? Thanks.
If you are gonna use it off road, don't go with TomTom. It can't navigate off of streets and highways. I've had good luck with Lowrance. I can mark all my trails in the SoCal deserts and Rocky Mountains.
I just bourght a nuvi 255W for 140 refurbeshed. Its a great unit. My only complaint is that the text to speech isn't that good, but it gets the job done.
