recommendations for braided front brake lines

'Lo everyone !

I'm getting the itch to give the 'runner some love- I rebuilt some 'WE' calipers a few months ago for a future TBU. Since I'm mostly stock, the 199's will be fine for how I use my rig. I've looked around in a few threads and on the interwebz at options for front braided brake lines. I've seen some that replace the stock rubber line and I've seen a few that replace the small hard line that goes on the caliper.

I personally like the idea of losing the short hard line, if for nothing else it will make the occasional caliper removal a bit easier. The pics that I've seen of those long braided lines looks like a banjo fitting threads into the hole that has the flare for the steel line on the caliper.

Anyone have any leaks w/ those banjo bolts? Any recommendations for a brand for the braided lines, or a slick OE application that has a long hose ?

Thanks for any help.

When I did my TBU, I got some stainless lines from Wheelers and some new hard lines from the dealer. No complaints here in seven years.
