Attempting to wrap up my maintenance this morning, but when I reconnect my negative cable to the battery, it's sending the car horn into panic mode. Vehicle has an aftermarket stereo and theft system <--(maybe?). Is there a fuse for the horn I can pull for now? looking for an easy solution for now to carry on with the weekend. 2000 4runner sr5

Why don't you just pull the horn power while you figure the problem out. Easy.
Done.
Electricals are still clicking/flashing inside the cab, flashers are still engaging as in panic mode. I'm almost positive the aftermarket security (confirmed) is still engaging. I have a blue LED bulb (aftermarket, not in my ownership) where the E-locking diff switch on some models that is lighting up with the rest of it. anyone know where I can start?

Find a small black pushbutton under the dash. Then turn the key on to run you have 10 seconds to push the switch. Or you can try turning the key on then connect the battery terminal . Both will work.
Thanks, I ran over to a specialty shop and had them find and remove the entire system, I didn't feel comfortable pulling any plugs under the dash, and that junk system is out of my life. Problem solved!
