So I checked-

All of the spark plugs look like new - no deposits, no discoloration, not wet - and they all look exactly the same.

I swapped coil 1 and coil 2 to see if the problem moves and reset the CEL. The truck runs OK now so let's see how long it lasts and what code comes up next.

When you're idling with it running good, and you step on the brake and hold it, does it start to stumble at all? I ask because that can be a sign of a vacuum leak in the brake system, my truck threw a 300/302 one time because of a bad booster. Also check the other vacuum lines.

And make sure the intake boots are intact, mine literally were falling apart when I got the 4runner.
