Some Michelin tire brands are super quiet but I’ve enjoyed the silence plus fuel efficiency of the Continental CrossContact LX20. The noise free tires are specially made for SUVs, crossovers and light trucks and they use the EcoPlus Technology to lower the rolling resistance thus saving on gas. I bought a 2017 Off Road with KDSS last month. It came with Michelin Defender LTX M/S (Load Range E) on it. I picked it up in Phoenix, drove it back to Santa Barbara, and I was very impressed with how it rode. Very quiet, very smooth, and was averaging 21.5mpg (with a leveling kit which I've read can reduce mileage).
