repair shops tijuana to ensenada

I see alot of members here from the san diego area so I gotta ask, anyone have a reputable mechanic south of the border?? my 97' with less than 200K either blew a head gasket or has a cracked head.....
the two recommended mechanics here in rosarito aren't up to the task and it doesn't look like something I should tackle!
