Replace both Catalytic Converters or One

I have a 2003 v8 SE 4 we with 216k. I have the dreaded P 430 code which is drivers side. Should I replace both cats or just the drivers side. I plan on keeping her. I haven't noticed a drop in gas mileage. Thanks for your insights.

Change all o2 sensors 1st

I have replaced the Of sensors as well.

Well unless you wanna pay stealership get em from salvage yard or check aftermarket , pacesetter , magnaflow $$ expensive , ebay has em !
