Replace Rear Passenger Door

Hello All,

Longtime lurker.

My wife recently scraped the rear passenger door of our 05' Limited. It scratched the trim and also dented the door itself.
I found a same color replacement 03' Limited door on ebay that I am considering purchasing to save $$$, rather than have someone fix and repaint.

Questions for those in the know:

1. Does an 03' door fit/function the same as an 05'?
2. How difficult is it to change out a door?
