I did a lot of research & aware of rubber cnnct on drive shaft so I ordered solid one from a company recommended here that specializes in avoiding that issue.
It’s been mounted twice - 180 turn.
Not knowing car’s history but seeing immaculate interior & low miles, it’s confusing. Did they have undiagnosed issues that is causing long term effects that I’ve inherited? Ujoints loose. Tranny Mount worn.
Engine mounts probably not great.
Tires are mismatched & could be out of balance but I’m testing this jacked in the air & getting deep noise at high speeds??
The driveshaft vibration will be a "BZZZZZ" noise/feel. If the bad driveshaft was used long enough, it could damage the rear differential pinion bearing (and maybe transmission output, not sure) - if that is the case, a new driveshaft wouldn't fix the whole problem.
If you are getting shaking, that is most often tires (wobble, wobble, wobble). The wheels/tires on these are notoriously hard to balance.
Vibration at idle won't be caused by driveshafts, brakes, tires, etc. - it can just be an old motor that isn't running perfectly. Leave this to solve until the issues while driving are solved.
Hot spots on the brakes happen, especially with aftermarket pads and rotors. Good quality parts can help, as can adjusting your driving style. That wouldn't cause any vibrations while driving though, only wobble/pulsing while braking.
