Replacing rear bumper

2002 4runner sr5
Can you just replace the center piece of the rear bumper
Is it easy to do and is there clips/hardware involved
would you recommend a full bumper replacement

Yes I replaced the center section only on my 97 4Runner. Bolts are probably rusted like mine and all broke so what I did before I did the job was I went to the local Toyota dealer and got new bumper bolts for like $20.00. Ordered the center section from Carparts on E-Bay for like $80.00.
Before I put the replacement bumper on I primed it and painted it black.

If anyone reads this on the west coast, I have a complete rear bumper for sale in the classified section. $250 and it includes tow hitch.
