rim bolt pattern help/ confuse

i want to noe the bolt pattern of my 96 base 4runner, i think its 6x139.9mm, is it differnt from the 03+ runner?, or is it all the same bolt pattern? i want to put them trd 20inch rims for the tundra, to my 4runner and want to noe if they will bolt right on

the bolt pattern on my 02 was 6x5.5 i had a set of zinik wheels ("20) and i found that out only after i had to sell them
