Rim Sizing Question

I'm buying dedicated winter tires and am shopping for rims. I found a great deal on brand new Toyota alloys but am unsure if they'll fit my rig ('08 4Runner Limited V8). My stock tires are 265/60-18.

I want to downsize to a 265/65R17 tire for the winter and found 17X7.5 inch rims with the 6 lug 5.5 (139.7mm) pattern. I see markings of 17x7.5JJ and 30 on the rims. Will these work on my truck with the downsized winter tires?

The new rims were intended for an '04 4Runner, if that helps.

You do realize 265/60/18 and 265/65/17 are basically the same tire, just different sidewall lengths by an inch?

Yes, that is what is allowing me to downsize to a 17 inch rim for the winter, from my stock 18s. I'm just not sure about whether these new rims for an '04 would work on my '08 Limited V8. Thanks.
