Rocker panel replacements?

I've got a 1999 that I'd like to put sliders on but would like to get rid of the gastly rusted out rocker panels first. I'm still looking into the option of simply removing them and tucking the sliders up higher or replacing them and hitting them with truck bed liner prior to adding sliders.

Suggestions? Experience? ESPECIALLY suppliers!?! I'm in Canada and close to the border so I can ship state-side and just pick it up to save on shipping. I'm just having a heck of a time finding where I can buy body panels online...
