Roof mount Lights

I'm looking to mount some typical "fog" lights on my roof. Ex. KC or Hella lights. Is there any way I can mount these without drilling holes in the factory roof rack? I don't want to have to add a whole new cross bar, is there any clamp type system out there? If not is it even possible to just mount them straight to the factory bars?

check out my build, link to how i mounted my LED bar, "no drill" style. could be applied to KC's or similar if you just did a 1/4" plat across the top like where my actual bar is
