roof rack and lights

I have a 2000 4Runner and i am looking for a roof rack where i can attach some fog lights to it. I would prefer the roof rack to just be a bar going across the top, not like a cargo rack. Let me know where I can get something like this.

I have 4 PIAAs mounted to my Yakima Loadwarrior basket and I created a wiring diagram of how I wired them up just in case anyone was interested in doing a similar project. Since the PIAA wiring harness isn't long enough to get from the roof to the engine bay you will have to do quite a bit of modifying to lengthen it, but it is really nothing too difficult.
