Is there such a thing or do I need to go custom? Our family stable has two 3rd Gens and a 5th. Would be nice to be able to swap a rack around.

Unless you can find something that mounts the same I don't think you'll be able to.
The 5th Gen has fixed mounting points on the roof, and the 3rd Gen used the two rails. You could build a few universal feet that you can leave attached to the roof of both 4runners, and simply unbolt the rack from the mounts.
