Roof Top Tent Rails?

Does anyone know if there's a cheaper option I could use other than the ones below?

Basically I have a Yakima Skyrise which is not low profile at ALL due to the mounting system. So I would like to replace that whole system with the one Tepui's use and other manufacturers.
