Rough running, seemingly, after loose plug wire on cyl 4

I am babysitting a 97 4WD 3400 Manual 100k

History:
Got A CEL
Engine obviously missing, was okay prior
Connected to OBD and pulled P0304: cylinder 4 misfire
I was about to switch coil packs around
And upon following the plug wire to the other side of the engine
I noticed the wire wasnt seated on plug 4, perhaps an inch above
Seated the wire / cleared code / drove
Code did not reappear
Coil packs seem to be originals, as well as wires

Problem:
It now seems to be running less smoothly than pre CEL
Perhaps described as sluggish and still misfiring when accelerating

Questions:
Could that firing gap of the disconnected boot have damaged its associated coil pack?
Or even perhaps plugs or wire?
For sure within time scope of coil and wire replacement
Thoughts on what to do?

You can ohm out the coil and if any of the readings are near out of spec......or check for spark with a screwdriver jammed into the spark plug socket and hold screwdriver 1/8"-1/4" away from metal. If it's a pretty blue spark your good if it's a orange spark and it were mine I'd replace it and keep the weaker one as a get home spare.

What does the spark plug look like in that hole?

Ohm test results
Primary was ~.8 on all
Unsure of how to do secondary

Pulled all boots and endoscoped
Interesting corrosion
Blew out all ports
(see loose boot port vs neighbor)
Pulled all plugs
(see pics fairly easy to tell which one didnt have boot attached)

Ordered plugs and wires, no coils as they seem to have not suffered

It is all back together
One new coil
Also cleaned throttle body and MAF
Plugs and wires also replaced
Works great and can even lug the engine now

Those plugs defiantly needed replacing. Then the center electrode is worn in a oval shape they are done.
