Rough start! need some help V2

Looks like I broke some code - can't edit or reply or delete the first one. So here goes again.

So, never had this problem before. 22RE. Moved from LA (desert) to Seattle (wet as hell) and for the last few months the truck starts very poorly. It's not an ignition problem, seems like a fueling issue. I have to give it full throttle and then it seems to "blow out" whatever is causing the problem (maybe moisture?). If I don't give full throttle it will bump along at 100-300 rpm until it dies or clears. Attached a video. Thoughts??https://youtu.be/cuFX8gtSsZI

The CSI only helps prevent hard-starts (need to crank for a long time before combustion) when cold. It only comes on when Ign Sw is in start (crank) position AND when CSI timer switch senses a cold engine. Dirty CSI would not cause rough or low idle. The ECU temp sender, and (I think) the bi-metallic vacuum switching valve that controls EGR function would affect the cold idle more than the CSI would.

It is a good idea to clean all the temp sensors at least once every 30 years
My Write-up on cleaning the temp sensors here. I did not clean the temp gage sensor because I was pressed for time, it's harder to access and I do not have issues with my gage reading...

Don't overlook the threads where the CSI timer switch goes into. That's how it gets its ground. Mentioned in my write-up.
