So, never had this problem before. 22RE. Moved from LA (desert) to Seattle (wet as hell) and for the last few months the truck starts very poorly. It's not an ignition problem, seems like a fueling issue. I have to give it full throttle and then it seems to "blow out" whatever is causing the problem (maybe moisture?). If I don't give full throttle it will bump along at 100-300 rpm until it dies or clears. Attached a video. Thoughts??
