Just want to give some kudos to the guys at RSG Metalworks. These sliders are fantastic all the way around and to top it off RSG has amazing customer service! Ryan was amazing to deal with and very helpful, you gained me as a customer for life!

I had mine in 12 days. No powdercoat but 2 days sooner than posted lead time.

RSG is fantastic.

Using the precision bathroom scale subtraction method... I came up with:
Drivers side - 56 pounds (2-piece mounting plate)
Passenger side - 60 pounds (full mounting plate)
Didn't think of weighing bolts and washers (2 pounds maybe?)

I also thought they were packaged well.
Padding on corners - plastic wrap on all - individual boxes.

I love mine but RSG really needs to step up the packaging of these.I see a lot damaged in shipping including mine.But the quality of them are second to none.

Really happy with mine as well, had them on for about a year now. I have the flat, top plate, with a kick out and black powder coat. Look great, good protection on the trail and it makes it a breeze for my young kids 5 and 8 to get in and out.

I love mine but RSG really needs to step up the packaging of these.I see a lot damaged in shipping including mine.But the quality of them are second to none.

Have to agree with this. RSG is awesome to work with and have great quality but my sliders came in damaged also. It might increase the cost a little but in hindsight I would have gladly paid a the extra for better packaging . Mine was small but in the most visible place possible. Just decided to live with it since they will get beat up some eventually.

Received mine today. Did any of you guys who have them use a thread restorer in the frame holes prior to installing the sliders? Saw that on one of the videos about installs on youtube, but don't know if anyone else has done it.

Have any of you elected to use loctite?

no loctite but anti seize is a good idea.
