Runner Camping in Ozark National Forest?

Hi All,

My son & I are looking to do some wheelin' and camping in the runner this weekend...in the Ozark National Forest in Arkansas. Could probably go as far south as Mt. Magazine, as far East as Conway, and as far North as Harrison. Any recommendations for a specific area? We're not looking for a campground, but will be doing some "dispersed camping" just sleeping in the runner.
