running out of options for stuck axle/hub nut

So when I lifted my runner 2 years ago with a buddy of mine, the hub nut was tightened at max setting with his air gun. I have tried removing it with a harbor freight 1/2 drive air powered impact wrench with 700 ft/lbs of torque, a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar with a 6 ft piece of pipe (broke the breaker bar), and even tried heating up the nut to make it expand. I have also been spraying it with pb blaster all day. Any suggestions before I try to cut this thing off with a dremel?

Note: the passenger side popped off fine with nothing but the breaker bar. I'm pretty sure that one was at the stock 174 ft/lbs.

Ended up using this wheel ( Shop Dremel Silicon Carbide Cutting Wheel at Lowes.com ) with a dremel tool to cut a notch into the nut. I then put a flat head screwdriver into the nut and whacked at it with a rubber mallet. After a few rounds of this and spraying pb blaster into the notch, the nut came loose with my breaker bar. Victory!

It amazes me how many people use an impact to install things. That is what a torque wrench is for!
