Runs The SAME With TPS Unplugged

Truck starts right up - Hot Or Cold. Having sporadic idle - 900 1 minute & 1100 the next - with NO power off the line until 15 MPH, I've cleaned injectors, found no vacuum leaks & installed new plugs. Also played with timing.

Still runs the same, so my next thought is the Throttle Position Sensor ?? SOooooo, I unplugged the TPS and engine runs the exact same. More ideas anyone ???

Bad TPS. Here you go: Toyota 22RE Throttle Position Sensor

eta, I should say bad tps or bad.cable. I had a connector go bad once. Possibly bad ECU,.but not likely.
