My knowledge of the Spanish language is rather rudimentary, but something tells me the subtitles are about as believable as the the subtitle parodies of the hitler bunker scene from the movie Downfall.

I'm sure those captions are fake but it's still funny.

And... you could change it from "F150" to "4Runner" and it wouldn't be too far off from the stuff I've heard from the local Toyota salesman. Especially with the TRD Pros going for way above list.
