Finally made the 15 minimum post! Got my 07 sport a few weeks ago, absolutely love it. Got my daystar spacer lift in the mail the other day. Was seeing how many people there are in SA TX?!!? Looking to set up a garage meet and do some wrenching to put the lift in. Will supply steaks and beer!!!

MightyP. Can't commit someone else but he has a 07 Sport we did a daystar install on. He is in your area now.

Yep, I'm in the SA area and would be happy to help.

Daystar lift is actually pretty easy once you know kinda what you're doing. Want to say it took MN4RNR and me something like 4 hours on the first one and ~30 min on the 2nd. Rears are a breeze.

Anyway, PM me and I'd definitely be up for a meet.

P.S. What would I do if I didn't have buddies watching the forums for me??? Thanks, MN4RNR

Sorry fellas!
Install went well. Took about 2 hours total for the front, and 20 minutes for the rears lol. I'm the worst at pics! I have one of it all done. Will post later on

I figure 2 hours is a huge step in the right direction. Similar to when MN4RNR and I did mine, the first front spacer took the longest (about 1.5 hrs) and the second went quick. Alas, the first hour of the first install was a lot of me saying, "I know it shouldn't be this hard. I have to be missing something." Once I remembered all that I was missing, went pretty quick.

Luc's truck looks awesome and I am SO jealous of how clean it is. Vehicles without rust are GREAT!

I can't help with the mechanical things, but I'll be happy to drive down and drink your beer while you wrench. :p

Ah, you're already done. Well, I'll just have to drink your beer anyway.

Finally got some before and after. Just got done with the wheels a few days ago. Did them in graphite

Looks really good man. Mine with the day star also.

Nice man!
Now I want to go bigger though. Getting another tube bender and welder after the holidays. Going to start with sliders and tube bumpers. End goal is D60 front and 14b rear
