I've got an '08 Limited V8 with Nav that I purchased late last year and am wondering what's going on with the satellite radio. I've never had it "turned on" via a subscription (tried having my GF's service temporarily transferred over during a road trip though).
The issue is that I can't even get the preview channel to work. When I put it on Channel 0, it says put it on 255 for channel ID. That seems to work:
After talking to Sirius, they said it was an issue with the radio.
For some reason, it shows "DEACTVTD" on the only other channel it will tune to, 184:
Am I missing something completely obvious? Every other vehicle I've been in with Sat Radio at least would play the preview channel. This is my first Toyota and am loving it otherwise. All other radio functions are working just fine.
