Satoshi Help

Hey everyone,

I'm currently in the process of building a Satoshi for my '05. I am using a 06-09 grill and am planning on mounting the mesh recessed. Could anyone who has done the recessed Satoshi on the 06-09 grille lend some photos or advice on how to get around the upper mounts of the grille to install the mesh? I'm thinking I will notch each mounting point base and reinforce it around where the grille would slide in. I'm not sure if this is unnecessary work or if I should simply try to align all other sides and then notch out the mesh to fit around the grille mounts. Any advice/suggestions would be a big help!

I'll hopefully get a few pics tomorrow to show what I am talking about a little more clearer for those who would like a visual. Thanks!

Check GatorRose (Spelling) as well. He has a build thread for these grills.

I just did mine a few months ago. the 05 to 06 is tricky. search the threads and read up on them.

I should have some pics on here somewhere.
