Just installed matte black 17x8.5 Stealth 6s. Absolutely love them when KO2s! Had to trim with minor rubbing.

What and where did you end up cutting? Front/Rear? I have a 3/2 leveling kit with 285/70/17 KO2.

Mine should arrive soon. Can't wait.

This was the best place I could think of to ask. How would you touch up the matte black? Had some rock pop up to say hello on the trail, so now I need to touch up three of the four rims.

Yes, you will want to stick with the 17x8.5 -10mm size. Just know that with 285s, a body mount chop is highly recommended for good clearance.

It was great working with Vin! I’ve put in some before and after pics from my ‘16 SR5. I’m running a stock suspension and put on Falken Wildpeaks in P265/70/17 with the matte gunmetal stealth 6.

There is a bit of rubbing at full lock on both the driver and passenger side. It’s most noticeable in reverse. I’ve tried to put in pics showing that. I could not go any larger without trimming some of the front bumper on the passenger side.

These wheels are a great way to get a more aggressive look on stock suspension, or with a small lift, without going through the headache (lesser gas mileage and acceleration) of a larger tire.

I could not be happier! Vin was very responsive and shopped right away. Placed the order Wednesday afternoon, they arrived on Monday.

Is it rubbing on the liner? Do you think pushing the liner forward would help, or is it the back of the wheel well that it’s rubbing?

I’m looking to get 17x8.5 wheels on stock suspension with wild peaks too but there is so little info (or a lot but burried) on which offset with 8.5” wheels with stock suspension will work best.
