Seafoaming the 3rd Gen

Okay everyone. So after I get my truck aligned, I am going to SeamFoam the fuel tank, oil, and brake booster line.

I am going to change my oil after roughly 50 miles of running it.
My oil is getting brown so once I run about 50 miles, I am changing to synthetic oil and an oil filter.

I am going to put a full can into my gas tank, half of a can into my oil chamber, and the other half of the can into my brake booster line.

Quick question. I need help finding the brake booster line... :help:

Did you find the brake booster line? It should be on drivers side of the firewall.

My truck is in my local shop getting aligned now. I will post a video of my seafoam experience when im done.

I poured one full can into my gas tank and half of a can into my oil.
I haven't seen any smoke whatsoever.
Also, I cannot locate the PCV hose or the brake booster hose.
I have the 3.4L V6. Any suggestions?
I would need a picture :/

The 2002 has a slightly different vacuum line setup than my 99, but I'm sure I can help you figure it out. Or you can post a pic of your engine bay and I can take a look and see which one you should use.

I actually figured it out. My vaccum booster line isn't where everyone is stating.
I ended up locating my PCV line and hooked a funnel up to it. I started the truck and heard a sucking coming from within the funnel.
My truck quickly died. I left the 4runner off and poured in half of a can, then i tried to start it. It wouldnt kick over so i waited a bit. While it was trying to kick over, it was pluming smoke. Finally got the engine to kick over and gave it throttle to around 2500 RPMs. It went up in smoke and now idles @ 700 RPMs instead of the normal 1100 RPMs.

Is this normal for the idle to go down? It now sits at 700 RPMs and sounds completely fine. Hmm...
