Brake Boosters non-rebuildable anymore?

During a recent VERY LONG half-assed resto, the brake booster crapped out sitting for near two years.

I "cheated" and bought and Ebay cheapie just so i could get the new running gear up and running. It was $100 or so.

Saved the OEM booster thinking i could have it rebuilt or do it myself. NO GO>!!

One company said they could not source the ports to rebuild this Toyo booster.

TRUTH??? i have had no luck finding any even ay toyota parts source etc.

PS i dont think my $100 cheapie will last long!

I don't think boosters have been rebuildable in a long time. Every reman booster I've seen has been nothing but issues. There's likely a reason Toyota doesn't sell their own reman unit.
