Look to get a new seat possibly, i have a 06 limited with 60,000 miles but the seat is crapping out on me. Anyone have any suggestions for a cover or re leather the seat?

Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!

I got some leather (cheaper vinyl) series seat covers from clazzio. Haven't installed them yet so can't give a review, but what I can say is that if you order from them and they don't have it in stock, it takes a really long time to get them. They said they were out and putting in a special order and I think I got mine like a few months later. It was pretty crazy. The brand seems pretty well rated in quality, you just gotta be patient. Really patient.

a bit pricey but these get my vote, 11 years and still look great. https://katzkin.com/

While Katzskins are a great product...if I'm not mistaken you can't buy them and install them yourself, you have to have an authorized dealer do the install, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Edit: From Katzkin's website...

"Katzkin sells only through authorized installation centers. Our nationwide network of over 2,500 installation centers have been carefully selected and are staffed with restyling professionals who are specially trained by Katzkin. They have the tools, equipment and know-how to perform a true factory-fit installation, ensuring proper seat handling, including all associated electronics."

besides covers op did ask about re leathering, thats something you might want a pro to do. but now that ive re read it, looks like hes only interested in doing the one seat or possibly both fronts so cheap seat covers would do it, or just take it to a local car upholstory shop for repair

Yea i have considered that as-well. There are some videos on youtube but this is no-where near my expertise to do myself. Its really only the bottom part too, dont even need the whole seat.

Yes i think i saw these as well. These are not just covers are they? I would have to take the seat out and take off the old stuff. One day ill probably do this, seat isnt "that" bad yet, not losing any foam, when that starts ill replace. Just hoping to find a cover that would keep that from happening for a couple of years

You should be able to find basic seat covers at any auto parts store or maybe Walmart.
