Seat repair

My drivers side seat is starting to pull come apart at the seam. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix it. I could throw some seat covers on it but would rather fix it with out paying the price for a new seat

I had the exact same issue and used tear mender to fix my issue. It's so far holding but I may look for another solution like overlaying some matching fabric to keep it from tearing again.

Mine is doing the same thing. Have thought about taking it to an upholstery shop and have them stretch the fabric and sew it together. But it's gonna get trashed anyway and want to put my money somewhere else. At least it's not cracked ugly leather

Thin nylon fishing line and a needle. Or just plain black thread with a tight stitch. Nonprob
