Check out the classifieds, there have been several listed there (and on Yota-tech). I don't remember if any I have seen were in the PNW, but I have seen 1-2 built rigs going up for sale recently.

BTW, There is no TRD 4runner, guys just put the TRD sticker on their 4runners. Also, why did you pick the years 2000-02? There were minor redesigns in 99 and 01, so it would make more sense if you were looking for 99-02 or 01-02.

I think you would be happy with a limited too, not just an SR5 (I assume you said this because you don't want a base model).

I think you might be able to open up your search criteria and still get what you want. Check out this site for more details on what was on each year and model.
