seeking good mechanic in my area

First time 4runner owner, purchased a 3rd gen and am starting to play with it. Can anyone recommend a good t4r mechanic they trust that knows these trucks in and out, She needs a bit of love and basic maintenance and i just do not have the time to do it myself. Looking in the Long Beach or west side location around Culver city and west Las Angeles.
Any recommendations appreciated.

Also there's a user named Brentif who lives in Long Beach. I've spoken to him on the phone and discussed different concepts with him via the forums. He may know of a reputable shop.

The forums are definitely a great place to learn more info, even if you're not doing your own work. You at least have a chance to make more informed choices and find out if a shop is truly ripping you off. If you hang around, you'll quickly figure out what users are the most knowledgeable and willing to share advice.

BTW, post up some pics of your rig so we can start telling you how many mods you need and how to spend way more money than you originally planned to. I never knew how many upgrades I needed to consider until I spent time on this forum
