I'm thinking my rear calipers are now seized up on my 4Runner. I was seaching around and AutoAnything has a PowerStop kit with rotors, calipers and pad 2004 Toyota 4Runner With 338mm front rotors Power Stop Evolution Caliper Brake Kit - Free Shipping on Powerstop Evolution Brake Kit W/ Red Calipers They say it fits my T4R, but after some more searching the kit is for a Sequoia. A little more research says rotor and pads have the same part # but the caliper is different. HAs anyone tried this set up?

Take a look in this forum (4th gens) for the 5th gen brake conversion. Another option is the tundra brake swap.
I personally did the 5th gen conversion with great success. You do have to have 17inch wheels to clear the bigger rotors though. 16" won't work. I'm not sure about the seqouia brakes but my guess would be that they're probably the same if not similar to the tundra brakes which I know a lot of people also do on their 4runners.
