Shaking between 30-45 MPH - Please help!!!

I have a 2004 T4R Sport edition with the 4.7 V8 with 99k miles. I am having a weird shaking that shows up between 30-45 MPH. It seemed as if it were a tire balancing problem. I just had the tires rotated and balanced and it is still doing it. The tires are getting fairly close to needing to be replaced. Could this be a tire issue or likely something else? You cant really tell slower or faster than the speed referenced???

sounds like a tire. go to a good independent tire shop and have them checked for separation.

what size/model of tires?

I believe they are 265/65/17 Pirelli Scorpion ATR

Have them rebalanced again. I have had the issue where i leave the shop and 30 mins down the road it has a shake still. brought it in to another place and was told one tire was off
