Shop recommendations in and around Philadelphia

I am looking to refresh the suspension on my 1999 runner and am looking for shop recommendations in the area. Unfortunately every shop I have approached either does not want to do the job or wants to charge more than the truck is worth to do it.
Anyone know any shops in the area that specialized in 4x4/suspension? Or does anyone in the tri state area do sidework?

What do you consider a "suspension refresh"? Are you going to buy the parts? I would say spend some time figuring specifically what you want to refresh/replace, and start form there. How many miles are on it? What is your level of $$$$ for just buying the parts to make the repairs? Maybe plan a front suspension rebuild, then do the rear suspension.

I am out near West Chester, Pa. There are a few places that may tackle that job for you out this way, once you define your scope.
