Should I replace my rear links ?

I have to replace my lower links maybe my upper too, should I upgrade to heavy duty link ( metal tech or something similar ? ) . I running a Toytec 3in lift kit.

If you need to replace them it really couldn't hurt, but I'd say it depends on how hard you're wheeling. Stock lowers can be prone to bending with too much abuse or heavy rock hits.

They aren't really an upgrade (certainly not worth the cost) unless you crawl over rocks or really flex out the suspension with something like Metaltech Long Travel for example.

I'm pretty sure you can replace the stock bushings but that might be a PITA, I've never done it, but I'm sure its cheaper.

If you're upgrading your rear link, I'd also say add the rear link guards. I have the Metaltech links, but severely beat up the link mount and am really wishing I'd installed the link guard in advance rather than having to try and bang these out and weld over a beat up mount.

That said, as [MENTION=130999]Inv4drZm[/MENTION] said, if you don't need the protection then aftermarket links probably aren't needed. No harm to them, certainly, but no need.
