Never thought to paint my corroded wheels, how does this compare with powder coating in terms of cost?

There is a set of 5 spokes for sale locally for cheap but I think there must be a way to make the split 3 spokes look good. I hope someone on here shows a set of split 3s painted bronze. If I keep them I think I want to go bronze/dark gold

I want to paint my wheels but i'm always concerned what they'll look like in a year.

I used etching primer and VHT wheel paint and 5 years later they still look great. I did touch up stone nicks three or two years ago.
