Our PIAA rep drop in last week and introduced us to the 530's, which are a nice alternative to the 510's in the fog light holes. The price isnt bad either....
Also, if you find something your set on we can always make minor adjustments to the bumper to accomodate weather it be new mounting holes on the top face or slightly adjusting the dims on the tubing. I literally just finished modeling some Rigid Dually's in one of our Jeep bumpers for a customer.

I know this thread is a few years old but I really want to get in on the current Shrockworks group buy :hungry: I've spent a few months researching and its by far the best looking bumper around in my opinion. My only concern, more of a question, is about how far back in the bumper the lights sit. I know you used to be able to order PIAA 510s, but now Shrockworks is offering Baja Designs Squadron lights instead of the 4" PIAA lights. Obviously the lights are better protected by sitting further back in the bumper, but does this have any effect on the performance of the lights? Does the bumper get in the way? I would think the cut out in the bumper would have to be more "cone-like" in order to avoid blocking the beam... Seems like it would restrict the beam of a driving light and almost render a fog/flood beam useless...
But at the same time, after searching through all of the threads I can find relating to 3rd gen Shrockworks front bumpers, I haven't found anyone complaining about it... If this has already been addressed and I missed it, I apologize!

Looks good! What lights are you going to mount in the bumper? You can get the PIAA 510s (that Shrockworks used to sell) from the PIAA website in the clearance section for $150.

I was going to go with some 2x2 or 3x3 LED pods depending on which ones fit best.

Baja designs squadron pro rounds.
Probably just missed the group buy but you can wire them into the factory fog light harness and they are discreet and effective
Hell the serivice yourself mean you can change them to ambers for rain season
