It wasn't too bad, the worst part was some holes in the frame didn't have threads to bolt into. So there are nuts welded to strips of flexible metal that you have to maneuver through other holes in the frame.

It took most of the afternoon to get them installed.

They left them on the porch since no one was home... but with the size of the box, no one was wondering off with these!

Super excited, hoping to put them on tomorrow!

1. How long did it take you to install?
2. Did you have help?
3. Did you lift/jack up your car for easier access?

Trying to figure out how much time I need to allot for this and if I need to call a friend.

I'm moving downtown the weekend of August 1st so the next few weeks are going to be busy. But if you need some help shoot me a pm and I'll see if I can help out.

For those who have installed your sliders already....

1. How long did it take you to install?
It took me around 4 hours, but a lot of this was maneuvering the nuts through the frame to the holes with no threads - also had to use a grinder to get them to fit through the holes in the frame. You may not have this problem because this varies with trim/year
2. Did you have help?
Had a buddy come help, it was definitely easier with help.
3. Did you lift/jack up your car for easier access?
No, but we did use jack stands to hold the sliders in place before the first bolts were in.

My rear bumper will not be ready until August. I asked for a couple of modifications but, it was a bit late in the fabrication process.

So, we agreed on the delayed delivery day.

I will call him today and see how the fabrication is progressing.

1 BIG tips for everyone. When you are attempting your slider installation, try to minimize the amount of gas you have in your gas tank.... that will make you life a LOT easier!

I'll be doing the install tonight, but from what I understand to mount the slider on the rear driver's side you need to loosen a bolt holding the gas tank up. If the tank is full/heavy, the tank will drop some making it very difficult to lift it back up to remount the bolt. That's why my truck is on E and the fuel tank light is on.
